COVID-19 UPDATES

As you know the realities of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic are continually changing. We know that this creates stress and uncertainty, and we want you to know that your clergy, leadership and Temple community are here for you.  Temple Tikvah is more than a building of brick and mortar, we are a community.

While we must practice physical distancing, we can still stay connected to one another. Videoconferencing, livestreaming, and even old-fashioned telephones provide us with ways to be in touch and to feel the support and warmth of our Temple family. We encourage you to leverage these tools and offer your ideas on how we can best use them in the days to come.

There is a lot of noise and conflicting information out there and here at Temple TIkvah, we hope we can serve as a place of refuge, comfort and truth.  Below, please find some links that we hope will be useful and helpful.

MESSAGES FROM OUR LEADERSHIP & TEMPLE CLERGY REGARDING THE CORONAVIRUS:

Our office is open on Monday- Friday from 9am to 5pm by appointment only.  With Covid cases on the rise, it is important that we all adhere to Temple policies to keep our staff and building safe:

  •  Do not come into the building at all if you have any of the Covid-19 symptoms, even if  you think it is just a cold.
  • Always wear a mask inside the Temple that covers your mouth and nose
  • Call the office ahead of time to schedule an appointment.
  • Respect social distancing guidelines by staying 6 feet apart
